Tracey Jennings is a leading expert in Canadian tax. After spending over 35 years building a prestigious career at PWC, Tracey decided to amplify the value of her experience and start her own firm. When Tracey approached ELM Avenue Management to build her company’s website, we listened to her describe her business and worked with her to create a site that:

We used Tracey’s existing logo as the foundation for our brand board and colour scheme. We included subtle and futuristic visuals to reinforce the digitally-enabled nature of their approach to client service. We applied a crisp, clean layout to the website, letting the professionalism of the team and detailed information on services be the focus of attention. We connected the site to a secure portal and incorporated a tax deadline calendar for efficient interaction with clients. We also created a periodic blog so Tracey could share her extensive knowledge on topics like provincial and federal budgets, new tax legislation and effective tax planning strategies with current and prospective clients. Finally, we strengthened brand recognition by creating a complementary corporate LinkedIn page. Brand consistency within the organization was achieved by helping all the staff update their personal LinkedIn pages.
We continue to provide digitaltaxCPA with ongoing assistance for site maintenance, site updates, and website analytics. We also support Tracey as she creates and shares her insights through periodic blog posts.
